How to access Angelsquare deals?
Once you have registered, chosen your offer and your account is approved by Angelsquare teams, you are officially part of our investor community. Then, you can access our "Deals in Progress" page, where are listed all the startups currently raising funds. => Click here to join Angelsquare
Invest directly in the startup: Most of Angelsquare deals are “Direct Deals” (only with premium subscription). All startups are rigorously selected by our team of analysts. When you’re interested in one of these startups, you can contact the entrepreneur via Angelsquare, then exchange with him directly. AngelSquare, how does it work?
Angelsquare teams select the best startups they identify from 300 applications receive each month. Once the startups have been validated by our investment committee, we present them on our platform to investors whose investment criteria best match the characteristics of the startups. Angelsquare members can decide to invest in the startups they prefer, based on our analysis and their own. They can co-invest, monitor fundraising, share their deal-flow, give their opinion. How is Angelsquare remunerated?
Our compensation model depends on how Angelsquare finances each startup: Fixed costs from 5000€ to 10 000€ (excl tax) 5% commission on the amount raised by the startup These fees cover our preparatory work for fundraising, presentation of the deal, identification of the most suitable investors, meetings structuration, and support during the fundraising process.
